It's a fair question and it's one I've been asked a lot. You see, I've been helping new importers and exporters since 1992 so I had a ready answer for him. I went to one of the many Internet sites that provide trade leads. If you've been around international trade for any time at all, you know what I mean. Some of these sites are free. Some require you to become a member. Many entrepreneurs who want to be exporters act like they've discovered gold when they first find one of these sites. I know. They call me all the time! They say something like: "There's a guy advertising that he wants to buy urea. All I've got to do is find a urea supplier, add a penny profit to every pound and I'LL BE RICH!"
