Thermo1.com is wholly owned and operated by R.D. Todd a Massachusetts native, now living in Pennsylvania. He has helped form an independent alternative energy research and development group that is currently competing for a one million dollar prize offered by the DOD for the development of a light-weight soldier 'power pack'.
